Toyota Supra TT (93-98 MKIV US model)
The BNR stage 1 twin turbocharger package for the US spec Supra uses the factory CHRA's (center housing rotating assemblies) which are altered to flow more air volume and also designed for 21 psi of boost or less. Since the shafts are so small, we do not reccomend exceding that boost level. These units are 100% bolt up with no fabrication required These turbochargers can easily achieve 500 RWHP on a properly modified car. REBUILDABLE CORES REQUIRED Here is what the stage 1 turbo package consists of:

Toyota Supra TT (93-98 MKIV Japan model)
The Japan MKIV came with a different turbocharger than the USDM model. The turbine wheels in the JDM turbos were made of ceramic which were light, but fragile when it came to running lots of boost. BNR Supercars manufactured a turbine wheel replacement for these ceramics with a turbine wheel made of inconel with a toolsteel shaft for strength. This turbine wheel is a drop in replacement for the JDM turbine and requires no modifications to the turbine housing to make it fit. We also upgraded the comrpessor side of the turbocharger with a 62 trim GT28 compressor wheel. The thrust bearing assembly is upgraded as well with a 360 degree thrust bearing. This upgrade is comparable to the GT28 set up but these units are remanufactured. The rotating assemblies are balanced to .5 gram/in2 and come with a 1 year warranty. These units are 100% bolt up and require no fabrication. The wastegate ports are ported, Turbine housing entrences are ported. This porting along with porting the exhaust manifolds, will keep the boost creep issues down with this JDM set up.
Price for the JDM MKIV Supra turbocharger upgrades: $1650 with rebuildable core!
93-98 Toyota Supra MKIV USDM Stage 2's
The BNR Stage 2 turbochargers are GT28 center housing rotating assemblies fitted to the factory end housings of the USD twin turbocharger units. These have extensive work done to them in order to make this set up work correctly. A maximum of 597 RWHP has been made off of them at 28 psi of boost. This was on a 100K mile bone stock engine from oil pan to valve cover. The CHRA's are VSR balanced up to 140K RPM. These units are proven reliable and can be used in sequential or non sequential forms. These units do require a line kit which is assembled by the buyer. You will be appointed a list of parts needed to make the oil and water lines bolt up in a factory manner and these parts will cost around $400. With the factory heat shields in place, you should not be able to visually see a difference with the turbochargers which is a good thing if you have to pass visual, emmissions or just want a total sleeper! The center housing rotating assemblies are brand new and the turbochargers come with a 1 year warranty!
Price for the BNR Stage 2: $2350 with core exchange. Core doesn't have to be rebuildable.
