Stock Remanufactured turbochargers

BNR Supercars can rebuild your HT12 Hitachi  Turbocharger.  After years of doing stage 3's, we have an abundance of good turbine wheels and good bearing housings.  We are very picky on parts used in build up of these turbochargers.  We don't use turbine shafts that have visable wear in the piston ring groove and we also don't use bearing housings that have leaked while previously ran.  We only use the best of parts for our remans!  We carefully inspect each turbo, putting all the shafts on a dial indicator making sure they are strait even before we prep them for assembly.   Balancing to .5 gram/in2 is done on each rotating assembly.  All bearings, piston rings, thrust bearing, collar, and carbon seals are replaced.   Compressor housings, turbine housings and all external pieces are cleaned up, inspected and painted to look new!  This is what you get with a BNR Supercars HT12 turbocharger reman:

BNR offers just the CHRA's (center housing rotating assemblies) for the experienced mechanics.  This will save you hundreds of dollars on doing a rebuild on your turbochargers!

99 spec twins (new)

For those of you that want new turbos, here they are!  Strait from Hitachi Japan, these 99 spec's come with the nylon inserts for quick response.  These are very similar to the stock turbos on the 93-95 versions but there are a few improvements. The main improvement is the added nickel content to the exhaust housings to slow down the cracking problem that has hindered the older turbochargers.

BNR Stage 3's

The  BNR Stage 3's have the world record on most RWHP made off bolt up hybrid turbochargers for the RX7!  426 RWHP and 365 RWTQ was made at 18 psi of boost! 

The Stage 3's have many improvements over the factory HT12 turbochargers. The factory HT12's are not rebuildable in most cases. The stage 3's however are not remanufactured turbochargers. They have new CHRA's (Center Housing Rotating Assemblies) and the factory end housings are machined to fit the new CHRA's. The stage 3's can be ran in sequential or non sequential forms.  When sets are ordered, please include Y pipe for modifications.  A one year warranty comes with each set of BNR Stage 3's.  We do need your turbochargers on purchase.  Here is what you get with a set of BNR Stage 3's.
